History Sanitizer operates entirely on your local device. No data is:

• Tracked or monitored
• Stored remotely

How It Works

1. Local Processing: All operations happen on your device
2. No Network Requests: The extension never connects to the internet
3. Local Storage Only: Settings are stored using the browser’s local storage API
4. No Background Sync: No data synchronization to external services

• Browsing History: To delete URLs matching your filter criteria
• Bookmarks: To remove bookmarks matching your filter criteria
• Storage: To save your extension settings locally

How We Use It

• Filtering and deleting matching URLs from your history
• Removing matching bookmarks
• Storing your preferences (blocked words, intervals, etc.)

Data Storage

• All settings are stored locally in your browser
• No data leaves your device
• You can delete all data by uninstalling the extension

We do NOT use any third-party services, including:

• Analytics services
• Advertising networks
• Cloud storage
• CDN services
• Tracking pixels

Children’s Privacy

This extension does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13.
